There are clear that the book of Islam, the Qur'an is the Word of God and we have many reasons to support this assertion signs : Islam
- There are scientific and historical facts found in the Koran, which were unknown to the population at the time , and only recently discovered by modern science . God
- • The Koran is in unique style of language that cannot be replicated , is called the " Miracle of the Quran. Islam
- • There are prophecies in the Quran and the Prophet Muhammad , peace and blessings of God be upon him , which came to be happening. God
These signals are there for people to recognize the existence of God and claim his revelation. As we know , science sometimes takes a "twist" , where what once scientifically correct false few years later. In this article, the scientific facts are considered to be established , not just theories or hypotheses. God Islam
Scientific facts in the Quran
The Quran was revealed to Prophet Mohammed in the seventh century.
Science in the early days , there were no telescopes , microscopes or anything even close to the technology we have today. People believed that the sun revolves around the earth and the sky was supported by pillars at the corners of a flat earth . In this context, the Qur'an was revealed , and contains many scientific information on topics ranging from astronomy to biology , geology to sociology. God Islam
Some people may say that the Quran has been changed as scientists have discovered new facts, but this may be the case , as it is a historically established fact that the Quran is preserved in its original language . [The Magnificent Qur’an: A Unique History of Preservation] God
The Qur'an is written and memorized by the people during the life of Prophet Muhammad . A copy of the Koran was written some years after the death of the Prophet Mohammed is kept in a museum in Uzbekistan. The nine scientific facts found in the Qur'an :
1) Origin of Life
Water is essential for all living beings. We all know that water is essential to life , but the Koran is a very unusual request :
We did everything that lives in water ? Are not you going to believe ? (Quran 21:30)
In this verse , the water that the origin of all life is said . All living things are made of cells . We now know that cells are composed mostly of water [Bruce Alberts, Essential Cell Biology] . For example , 80 % of cytoplasm ( base material of the cell) in a normal animal cell is defined as the water in the biological elements . God Islam
The fact that living things are made mostly of water was discovered after the invention of the microscope. In the deserts of Arabia, the last thing anyone would have imagined that all life comes from water .
2) Iron God Islam
Iron is not natural to the earth. No way on earth, but came down to earth from space. This may sound strange , but true. Scientists have found that billions of years the Earth has been trapped by meteorites. These iron meteorites were distant star that exploded . [M. E. The Qur'an says about the origin of the text of iron :
"We sent down iron , with its high inherent strength and its many benefits for mankind. " (Quran 57:25 ) Islam
God uses the word " sent " to iron . It is clear from this verse that Iron is not an earthly material, but came for the benefit of humanity. The fact that iron came down to earth from space is something that cannot be known to science in the early seventh century. God
3) Protection of heaven Islam
The sky has a crucial role in protecting the earth. Heaven protects the earth from the deadly rays of the sun. If heaven does not exist, then the sun would kill all life on earth. It also acts as a blanket wrapped around the earth to protect from freezing cold of space. Temperature just above the sky is about 270 ° C - . If this temperature was to reach the earth and the planet would freeze instantly. Islam God
The sky also protects life on Earth 's surface through heat retention (greenhouse effect) , and reducing temperature between day and night is hot . [Joseph M. The Qur'an invites us to consider the sky in the following verse :
"We made the sky a roof protection. Yet they turn away from Our Signs " (Quran 21:32)
The Qur'an reminds the protection of heaven as a sign from God . The protective properties of the sky were discovered by scientific research in the 20th century . God
4) Mountains Islam
The Qur'an draws our attention to a very important feature of the mountains :
"Why do not we make the earth a resting place ? And the mountains as pegs ? " ( Qur'an 78:6-7 )
The Quran says that mountains have deep roots problems using words to describe them. God Islam
In fact, the mountains have deep roots , and words betting is an accurate description for them. A book entitled "Earth" by geophysicist Frank Press explains that mountains are like stakes, and are buried deep beneath the surface of the earth. Everest (pictured below ) , whose height is about 9 kilometers above the ground , has a deeper root of 125 km. God Islam

5) Expansion of the Universe
At a time when the science of astronomy was still primitive , the expansion of the universe is described in the Qur'an:
"And it is We who have built the universe with [Our creative] power and continue to grow. " (Quran 51:47 ) God Islam
The fact that the universe is expanding was discovered in the last century. Physicist Stephen Hawking in his book " A Brief History of Time " , writes: " The discovery that the universe is expanding was one of the great intellectual revolutions of the 20th century. " .
The Quran mentions the expansion of the universe , even before the invention of the telescope ! God Islam
6) The orbit of the sun
In 1512 , astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus proposed his theory that the sun is motionless at the center of the solar system and the planets revolve around it . The belief that the Sun is stationary was widespread among astronomers until the 20th century . God Islam
It is now a well-established scientific fact that the Sun is not fixed but moves in an orbit around the center of our galaxy, the Milky Way. [Lambert M. Surhone, Orbital Period: Orbit, Sun, Earth, Conjunction, Orbital Node, Apsis, Semi-Major Axis] God
The Qur'an mentions the orbit of the Sun: Islam
" It is He who created night and day, the sun and the moon, each floating in its orbit. " (Quran 21:33)
The Quran was wrong according to astronomers , there are only a few decades. But now we know that the Qur'anic account of the movement of the sun is compatible with modern astronomy.
7) Ocean God Islam
The Qur'an uses the company deeper imaging meanings, here the state of unbelievers as described :
" The darkness in deep ocean that is covered by waves , above which are waves , above which are clouds, layers of darkness , one to another. When the hand is placed [ and ] that only you can see . those whom God gives no light , no light . " (Quran 24:40) God
It is commonly believed that the waves only occur on the surface of the ocean. However oceanographers have discovered that there are internal waves that occur under the ocean surface. These waves are invisible to the human eye , and can only be detected by specialized equipment . [M. Grant Gross, Oceanography: A View of Earth]
The Qur'an mentions darkness in a deep ocean above which are waves , above which are waves , while the clouds above. God
This description is not only remarkable because it describes the internal waves in the ocean, but also because it describes a darkness in the ocean. A human being cannot dive more than 70 meters without breathing apparatus. Light is present at this depth , but if we descend 1000 meters , is completely dark. 8) Lying and Movement
He was a cruel oppressor tribal leader named Abu Jahl who lived in the time of Prophet Muhammad , peace and blessings of God be upon him . Allah revealed a verse from the Quran to warn :
" We're not done : if they stop, we have to enter through the front, his lies , the front of the sin. " (Quran 96:15-16 )
God does not call that person a liar , but calls its front ( the front of the brain) "lying " and " sin," and warns against stop. God
This verse is important for two reasons. The first is that the front part of our brain is responsible for voluntary movement [(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2289137)] . This is known as the frontal lobe. A book entitled "Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology " , which includes the results of research on the functions of this area : States of motivation and the ability to plan and initiate movements occur in the anterior portion of the frontal lobe , prefrontal region [Rod R. Seeley, Essentials of Anatomy & Physiology] . The part of the brain that is responsible for the movement is to be seized if the man does not stop. God
Secondly, many studies have shown that this same region (frontal lobe) is responsible for brain function found [(http://cercor.oxfordjournals.org/content/20/1/205.full.pdf)] . A study from the University of Pennsylvania, the volunteers were asked during a computerized test , it was found that when the volunteers were lying was not significantly increased activity in the prefrontal cortex and the premotor cortex (frontal lobe region) [(http://www.americanscientist.org/issues/pub/2002/3/diogenes-new-lamp)] . The front of the brain is responsible for movement and lies. Links Quran and movement in that area. These functions of the frontal lobe were found with medical imaging equipment that was developed in the 20th century .
9) pain receptors
For a long time it was thought that the sense of touch and pain was dependent on the brain. However it has been discovered that there are pain receptors in the skin [Michael Darmon, Molecular Biology of the Skin: The Keratinocyte] . Without these pain receptors , a person would not be able to feel pain. God
Consider the following verse in pain :
"We will send those who reject our revelations Fire (Hell) When their skins are burnt , we replace them with new ones so that they can continue to feel the pain .. God is Mighty, Wise " (Quran 4:56 ) Islam
God told the people who reject their message when they are in hell and burn their skins (so you can not feel pain ) , which will give them new skins to continue to feel pain.
The Quran clearly states that the pain depends on the skin. The discovery of pain receptors in the skin is a relatively recent discovery for biology . God Islam
Conclusion
Here are some of the many scientific facts found in the Koran. It is important to note that the Qur'an is not a book of science, but is compatible with science. Requests that the scientific facts in the Quran are due to coincidence would be irrational. The best explanation is that God has revealed this knowledge to the Prophet Muhammad . God
As the Qur'an contains knowledge about the natural world , but also contains information about the internal dimensions of our souls. It has to do with our feelings , desires and needs. The Qur'an informs us that we have a purpose in life, and that following God's help lead us to inner peace in this life and Paradise in the Hereafter . And the rejection of his message leads to depression in this life and after death Hellfire . God
" We will show them Our signs in the Universe and in their own souls , until it becomes manifest to them that this is the truth. Is it not enough that your Lord witness all things? " (Quran 41:53 ) God Islam

The statements of various scientists about the facts stated in the Quran that are consistent with recently discovered scientific truths .Quran
Here are some comments of scientists [ Note : The occupations of all the scientists mentioned in this web site have been updated in 1997 ] in the scientific miracles in the Qur'an .Scientific All these comments have been taken from the videotape entitled This is the truth . In this video you can see and hear the scientists while they are giving the following comments .Quran
1) Dr. TVN Persaud is Professor of Anatomy, Professor of Pediatrics and Child Health, and Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences , University of Manitoba , Winnipeg , Manitoba , Canada.Quran There, he was the director of the Department of Anatomy for 16 years .Scientific It is well known in his field . He is the author or editor of 22 books , has published more than 181 scientific articles.Comments In 1991, he received the most distinguished in the field of anatomy in Canada prize, the JCB Grant Award from the Canadian Association of Anatomists .Scientific When asked about the scientific miracles in the Quran which has investigated , stated:Quran
" The way he explained to me is that Muhammad was a very ordinary man . Could not read , did not know [ How ] to write . Was in fact illiterate.Scientific And we're talking about twelve [actually about fourteen ] makes hundred years. you have someone illiterate making profound statements that are amazingly accurate about scientific .Quran and personally , I do not see how this could be a fluke . There are too many accuracies and , like Dr. Moore , I have no difficulty in my mind that this is an inspiration or revelation which led him to these statements divine ."Quran
Professor Persaud has included some Quranic verses and sayings of the Prophet Muhammad , peace and blessings of God be upon him , in some of his books . He has also presented these verses and sayings of the Prophet Muhammad at several conferences .
2) Dr. Joe Leigh Simpson is the Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology , Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology , and Professor of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine , Houston , Texas , USA . Previously, he was professor of obstetrics - gynecology and director of the Department of Obstetrics - Gynecology, University of Tennessee , Memphis , Tennessee , USA .Quran He was also president of the American Fertility Society . He has received numerous awards, including the Association of Professors of Obstetrics and Gynecology Public Recognition Award in 1992. Professor Simpson studied the following two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad :
" In each one of you , all components of your creation are collected within forty days .. " [Narrated in Sahih Muslim # 2643 , and Saheeh Al- Bukhari # 3208]" If it has been forty-two nights in the embryo , God sends an angel who shapes it and creates its hearing, vision , skin , flesh and bones .... " [Narrated in Sahih Muslim # 2645]
He studied these two sayings of the Prophet Muhammad extensively , noting that the first forty days constitute a clearly identifiable stage of embryogenesis . He was particularly impressed by the absolute precision of the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad . Then , at a conference, gave the following opinion:Quran
" While the two hadiths ( sayings of the Prophet Muhammad ) that have been noted provide us with a precise timetable for the main embryological development before forty days. Again , it was noted , I think , repeatedly by other speakers this morning these hadiths could not be obtained on the basis of scientific knowledge that is available [ at ] the time of writing .... therefore, I believe that not only there is no conflict between genetics and religion but , in fact, religion can guide science by adding revelation to some traditional scientific approaches , that there are statements in the Quran shown later to be valid , which support knowledge in the Quran having been part of God. "Quran
3) Dr. E. Marshall Johnson is Professor Emeritus of Anatomy and Developmental Biology at Thomas Jefferson University , Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , USA . There, for 22 years he was Professor of Anatomy , the Chairman of the Department of Anatomy and Director of the Daniel Baugh Institute . He was also the President of the Teratology Society . He has authored more than 200 publications . In 1981, during the Seventh Medical Conference in Dammam , Saudi Arabia, Professor Johnson said in the presentation of his research paper : Quran
"Summary : . The Quran describes not only the development of external form , but emphasizes also the internal stages , the stages inside the embryo, of its creation and development , emphasizing major events recognized by " contemporary science
He also said : " As a scientist , I can not deal with the things I can see in particular.Quran I can understand embryology and developmental biology. I can understand the words that are translated to me from the Quran. As I have given the example above, if I had to adapt myself in that era , knowing what I know today and describing things , I could not describe the things which were described. I see no evidence of the purposes of rebutting the idea that this individual, Muhammad , had to take this information somewhere.Quran so I see nothing here in conflict with the idea that divine intervention was involved in what I could write . " [The Prophet Muhammad , peace and blessings of God be upon him , that was illiterate. He could not read or write, but who dictated the Quran to his companions and ordered some of the writing]
4) Dr. William W. There is a known marine scientist . He is a professor of geological sciences at the University of Colorado, Boulder , Colorado , USA . Previously, he was dean of the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science , University of Miami , Miami , Florida , USA . After a discussion with Professor Hay mention of recently discovered in the seas of the Koran made , said : " I find it interesting that this type of information is in the ancient scriptures of the Koran , and I have no way of knowing where they come from , but I think it is interesting that they are there and this work is to discover the meaning of certain passages "When asked about the origin of the Koran said ." Well, I think it must be the divine being . "Quran
5) Dr. Gerald C. Goeringer is Course Director and Associate Professor of Medical Embryology at the Department of Cell Biology , Faculty of Medicine, Georgetown University , Washington , DC , USA . During the Eighth Saudi Medical Conference in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia , Professor Goeringer said in the presentation of their research :Quran
" In a relatively short verses ( verses of Quran ) contains a more comprehensive description of human development from the time of commingling of the gametes through organogenesis. No documents clear and comprehensive human development such as classification, terminology and description, existed previously . Most , if not all , instances , this description predates by many centuries the recording of the various stages of embryonic and fetal development recorded in the traditional scientific literature . 6) Dr. Yoshihide Kozai is Professor Emeritus at the University of Tokyo , Hongo , Tokyo , Japan , and was director of the National Astronomical Observatory , Mitaka , Tokyo , Japan. He said :"I am very impressed by finding true astronomical facts in [the] Quran , and for us modern astronomers have been studying very small universe . 've Concentrated our efforts for understanding [ a] very small part .Comments Because using telescopes , we can see that very few parts [ of ] the sky without thinking [ the ] whole universe . So , by reading [ the ] Quran and by answering to the questions , I think I can find my future way for investigation of the universe. "Quran
7) The teacher Tejatat Tejasen is the Director of the Department of Anatomy at Chiang Mai University , Chiang Mai , Thailand. Previously, he was dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the same university . During the Eighth Saudi Medical Conference in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia , Professor Tejasen stood up and said :Quran
"Over the past three years , I became interested in the Quran .... From my study and what I have learned from this conference , I believe that everything that has been recorded in the Quran 1400 years ago must be the truth , which can be proven by scientific means . Since the Prophet Muhammad could neither read nor write , Muhammad must be a messenger who conveys this truth which was revealed to him as an enlightenment by the one who is eligible [ the ] creator. this creator must be God .Quran therefore think it's time to say La ilaha illa Allah, there is no god to worship except Allah (God) , Muhammad rasoolu Allah, Muhammad is the Messenger ( Prophet ) of Allah (God). Finally, I congratulate the excellent organization and the success of this conference .... I won not only from a scientific point of view and religious point of view , but also the opportunity to meet many renowned scientists and making many new friends among the participants. I most valuable of all that I have gained with this place is La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammad rasoolu Allah, and have become a Muslim. "Quran
After all these examples we have seen about the scientific miracles in the Quran and all comments " as scientific about it , let's ask the following questions :Comments
- Is it a coincidence that all this recently discovered scientific information from different fields was mentioned in the Qur'an , which was revealed fourteen centuries ago ?Quran
- Does the Quran was written by Muhammad , peace and blessings of God be upon him , or by any other human being?Comments
The only possible answer is that the Quran must be the literal word of God, revealed by Him . Quran
